Baby Baby!!

I often get asked about must have baby items, so I decided to make a list.

With Sonny being a bonus third baby, we bought as little as possible and borrowed what we could from friends.

Here are some of my favorite/most useful items.

(Every time I come back to this post, I realize I could add more things like nail clippers and bath tubs,

but these were the first 20 things that came to mind so that must be worth something!)

1. Aden and Anais Organic Swaddles  (Soft and super easy to swaddle)

2. Aden and Anais Burpy Bibs (Big, soft and works great as burp cloth or bib)

3. Aden and Anais Hooded Towels (Large, thick and really really well made)

4. Shea Moisture Organic Baby Wash (Also available at Target)

5. Earth’s Best Diapers (Super absorbant and chlorine free)

6. Evenflo Classic Glass Bottles (Glass is best and these are cheap!)

7. Electric Food Mill (Grinds up real food, real fast. Small, portable and easy to clean)

8. Carter’s Precious Firsts Zip-up Footed Sleepers (Love the way they fit and that they zip up super easy)

9. Hotsling (perfect for carrying a newborn around the house and out and about)

10. Freestyle Pump (Easily Portable)

11. Carter’s Onsies (Fit Perfect)

12. Sound Machine

13. Baltic Amber Teething Necklace (soothes teething pain and looks precious!)

14. Radiant Life Homemade Formula Supplies

15. Serena and lily Moses Basket (It is our most used baby container for napping and playing!)

16. Joovy Jogging Stroller

17. Uppa Baby G-Luxe Stroller

18. Graco Snug Ride Car Seat

19. Bumbo (we use ours also as a highchair)

20. Bottle Warmer

You will probably also want a play mat, bouncy chair, exersaucer, walker, and some age appropriate toys.

We borrowed all of those items and I was completely not picky about them since I knew they were free and wouldn’t be used for long.

Someone is always getting rid of baby things and I am sure they would be happy to pass them down to you!

Up in my grill!

She gets so close, so quickly!

Oh Hi! Remember me?

I’m fairly certain I’ve started a blog post like that before, but it is what it is!

Let’s pretend my little absence never happened and jump right back in!

I spent a few million hours last week organizing my phone and instgram pictures and assembling this collage. Of course, as soon as I resized it for web, I found all kinds of alignment issues, but its already been printed so hopefully they aren’t too noticeable.

The trouble was…complete lack of phone picture organization.

This year I plan to instagram all my favorite pictures (regardless of their worthiness to the rest of the world) and to use some handy dandy instagram app thing to create a keepsake at the end of the year!

Yes, that is the plan!
